Q: HELP! I want to buy an item(s) from your website but I DON'T have a PAYPAL account! What do I do?
A: No Problem! When paying by credit card you will be sent to PayPals Secure website and asked for you payment details. You DO NOT need to be a member of Paypal in order to pay using your Credit Card. The PayPal button is just a payment Portal, Just continue through to checkout and press the BUY NOW button this will then give you the choice of how to pay. You will be taken to the PayPal login Page on the left hand side you will see a link to click on to, Simply select the card you would like to use, enter your details and off you go! Q: I really like your watches but I do not see a colour scheme I like....What do I do?
A: I am always happy to discuss any colour scheme or design you may have in mind, I feel we all want something different in this world and this is just one place you can make it happen! Please use the contacts page and I will get back to you - usually within 24 hours

Please use the contacts page and I will get back to you - usually within 24 hours Q: My wrists are too small or too large for the 7 1/2 inch Charm Watch Bracelets & I really would like one can you adjust the size for me? if so what difference does it make to the price?
A: I believe in choice; If you go into a clothes shop if you are a size 18/20 or a 10/12 you do not expect to pay more or less due to size. So all my prices are standard with the watches, whether you want it larger or smaller No extra charge. If the Watch is to be made larger or smaller I will add extra beads to compensate. So Win Win all round!
Q: What is 99.9% Fine silver? I thought all silvers are 925 Sterling
A: Most commercial silver bought today is 92.5% pure silver mixed with 7.5% other alloys to make it harder. The Silver I use is made from a product called Art Clay Silver. This fabulous product is made from 99.9% recycled silver added to organic binders which burn away when fired in my kiln leaving Fine Silver. I use 925 Sterling Silver for my chains and Findings where stated.
Q: What are Swarovski Crystals?
A:Swarovski® (Swore-off-ski) crystal components are regarded as the highest quality machine cut and polished crystals in the world. Swarovski® crystal is not a natural crystal, it is man made. The Daniel Swarovski Company of Austria, founded in 1895, creates its crystal at the factory in Wattens; with special compounds that imitators cannot duplicate. These special compounds, as well as a high content of lead, create remarkable brilliance in their crystals. The delicate color palette is another quality that sets Swarovski® crystal components apart from others.
Q:What is Aurora Borealis "AB" Finish?
A:Aurora Borealis, named for the Northern Lights, is a term for crystals that have a highly iridescent surface. The effect is achieved by vapor blasting the facets of the lower part of the crystals with a micro thin metal film. Swarovski created this finish in 1955 in collaboration with Christian Dior. Also known as AB, the term now refers to any iridescent finish added to the outside of glass beads after polishing. The finish is long lasting and doesn't fade or chip with normal wear. Q:What is Dichroic Glass?
A:Dichroic glass is so much more interesting than it appears in photos. Dichroic means two colors, and this glass appears to be of many different colours when viewed from different angles or in varying degrees of light. Dichroic glass is created by adding a thin layer of metallic oxides which transmit certain light wavelengths while reflecting others, causing an iridescent effect. Q:What is the difference between Semi-Precious and Precious Stone?
A:Semi-Precious stones include amethyst, aventurine, carnelian, garnet, opal, quartz, jaspers, agates and many others.
Precious Stones are rare and costly gems such as diamonds, emeralds, rubies and sapphires.
Q: What are Czech Fire Polished Beads?
A:Imported from the Czech Republic, these beads are machine faceted, then polished by glazing inside a red-hot oven. This gives them beautiful, glistening colors with a "softer" look and a smooth feel. Q: What is a Magnetic clasp?
A:These are particularly appreciated by those with vision problems, arthritic fingers or just plain short fuses. These clasps are typically much more expensive than other clasps but many people will attest that they are well worth it. Magnetic clasps are only recently becoming fashionable and there is not a very extensive selection available yet. PLEASE NOTE: Magnetic clasps should NOT be worn by anyone with a pacemaker.
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: Unfortunatly due to hygiene reasons I am unable accept or refund purchases made on earrings. However, if you have bought an item(s) other than earrings and are dissatisfied with your purchase I am happy to accept returns providing they are returned in resaleable condition and within 14 days of receipt. The refund will be issued once I am in receipt of the item(s) and satisfied they are resalable. Please contact me prior to returning your piece(s) So I can expect delivery.
The refund will only be for the price of the item Unfortunatly at this time I am unable to assist with the postage costs.
If the item(s) prove to be defective I will offer either a replacement or a full refund on receipt of the return a no Quibble guarentee.
